After 24 years of selling cars Joe Laird decided to buy Tailwind Bicycles. He shared his simple philosophy with me – he exerts “no oppressive sales crap” on the sales floor. Not sure where he got the idea but it’s works. The store looks great and being right on the Perkiomen bike trail gives him edge on capturing lots of new business.
